Older women know learn this - all the women in this collaboration were youngish ... there still needs to be more mentoring , from the mother, the crone, elders - many western cultures are ageist and young women are missing out from generations of their ancestors who not only pass on the wounds but also wisdom. We all benefit from collaboration where the goal is greater than ourselves - then ego and competition evaporate. There are many instances where women do come together in mutual support.15/12/2015

the day women will heal that one and come together not only horizontally but vertically with recovery of mentoring relationships from the youngest to the oldest, that will create the conditions for a true democracy to arise where a council of grandmothers , true elders will have the final say on any political decisions. For this to occur women will need to recover their connection with their fundamental mother: Nature. Men will be kept in check in a loving way from going crazy and destructive of both women and nature.Foraging cultures deeply connected to wild nature consider women as more powerful than men.13/12/2015
